4. Legal basis
Personal data is processed on the basis of:

- Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations)
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest, e.g. communication, own advertising)
5. Disclosure of data
Personal data is only passed on to third parties where this is necessary to perform the contract (e.g. payment providers, external IT service providers) or where we are legally obliged to do so. Data is not transferred to third countries unless expressly agreed otherwise.
6. Storage period
(1) Personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary to perform the contract or as required by statutory retention obligations. After these periods have expired, the data is deleted unless there are further legitimate interests in storing it.
(2) Notwithstanding this, the contact details of clients with whom an order was concluded and a final invoice issued remain permanently stored in the invoicing software used. This is done solely for the following purposes:

9. Use of photo and video recordings
As part of our services we create photo and video recordings. This data is processed and used exclusively within the scope agreed in the contract. Publication for our own advertising only takes place if the client has agreed to it or the contract/terms and conditions provide for it.
10. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. The servers are located in Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hostinger.
When you visit the website, the server automatically records information that your browser transmits (server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page visited, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website reliably and securely. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest unless they are needed to investigate a security incident. The data is not combined with other data sources.
11. Contacting us
If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process your details (e.g. name, company, email address, your message) to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The contact form passes your input to your own email app; the data is only transmitted once you send the email there yourself.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Your enquiry is deleted once it has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.
12. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are hosted locally on our server. No connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google) is established when the page loads.
13. Instagram
On this website we link to our profiles and posts on Instagram and embed selected reels. The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Reels are only loaded once you click “play reel”. Before that, no connection to Instagram is made. By clicking, you consent to your browser connecting to Meta’s servers. In particular, your IP address, device and browser information and the page visited are transmitted to Meta; Meta may set cookies and may also transfer data to the USA. Meta bases transfers to the USA on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG), which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future by reloading the page and not playing any more reels.
With plain links to Instagram, data is only transmitted once you click the link. Processing on Instagram is governed by Meta’s privacy policy: privacycenter.instagram.com/policy.
14. Cookies and tracking
This website itself does not use cookies or any analytics or tracking tools. Only when you play an Instagram reel may Meta set cookies (see section 13). Should this change, we will ask for your consent beforehand (§ 25 TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and update this privacy policy.
15. Right to lodge a complaint
